Originally from Italy, Gianluca embodies the authenticity and passion of Mediterranean cuisine.

With 24 years of experience as a chef, he has honed his craft across six different countries, shaping a culinary vision inspired by the diverse cultures he has encountered.

Today at Le Regatta, he offers a Mediterranean cuisine that is generous, refined, and heartfelt, where each dish reflects both tradition and creativity.

For him, cooking is more than a profession—it is a true calling. What drives him every day is seeing guests leave happy, having enjoyed a special and unforgettable moment.
